1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and peryahan ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing peryahan at peryahan.app, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use peryahan, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list or under any court-ordered restriction from gambling.
• You have not previously had an account on peryahan suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3 Account Rules

Each person may hold only one account on peryahan. If you attempt to open multiple accounts, all accounts associated with your identity may be suspended and balances may be forfeited pending review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as your activity, regardless of who performed it.

• Notify peryahan immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• You must not allow another person to use your account on your behalf.
• Account details must be kept up to date. Outdated or inaccurate information may delay or prevent withdrawals.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or its contents to any other person.

Peryahan reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or presents security or integrity concerns.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on peryahan are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). There is no currency conversion at any stage. Peryahan accepts deposits through Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer (InstaPay and PESONet), and supported local e-wallets.

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on peryahan under any circumstances.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful processing. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment channel. Peryahan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your identity must be verified via KYC before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method or account used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• Peryahan reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

5 Game Rules and Fairness

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, peryahan's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform will be limited to the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Peryahan is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or indirect losses of any kind.
• Interruptions caused by third-party service providers, internet connectivity issues, or device failures on the player's side.
• Acts of force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, or platform-wide technical outages.
